About me

My background includes senior executive and C-suite roles across startups, industry analyst firms, and global enterprise software companies, including two exits as a founder. For more than a decade I've been named one of the most influential leaders in HRTech/Worktech, spoken at every major industry event and supported institutional capital, strategic acquirers, and sell-side leadership, supporting ~$3B in investment and M&A activity on three continents. 

Throughout my career, I have helped organizations navigate complexity and transformation and learned the core challenge is rarely vision or ambition—it is alignment. Strategy and market insight becomes fragmented across functions during key growth points, leading to inconsistent execution and diluted impact.
